Our business is one of community, of friendly smiles, knowing your neighbors and being remembered well. These are soft things. Things that can’t be optimized through relentless efficiency of scale. They are small things that matter quite a bit. Real estate, despite having a lot to do with numbers, and materials, and contracts, is a people business. People don’t deserve cookie cutter solutions or homogenous options. People deserve other people. People who know the tricks of the trade, who do things properly and are a joy to work with.
